"7050 – inspired by the Alps” represents the new guiding philosophy of the entire Waldhotel Arosa. It unites all of the hotel’s restaurants – from the elegant Thomas Mann & Zauberberg, the Waldhotel Lounge, and the award-winning Kachelofa-Stübli to the cozy Stüvetta and even the staff restaurant – under one shared vision: authentic, contemporary Alpine cuisine with a deep respect for origin, craftsmanship, and innovation.
“7050” stands for the altitude of Arosa – and symbolically for clarity, character, and a mindful approach to enjoymentthat combines regionality, sustainability, and creativity.
The goal is to make the taste of the Alps tangible in all its diversity – from refined gourmet menus to honest, down-to-earth Alpine cuisine.
