Nerve-jangling day out for all the family
The Seilpark Arosa is a high-rope adventure park free of charge to holders of the Arosa All-Inclusive Card. It has eight courses, including two aimed at children.
Arosa is a haven for families with children, offering plenty to see, do and explore for not only youngsters but also their parents and grandparents.
Both Arosa and nearby Lenzerheide have their own mascot loved by kids. In fact, Arosa has a whole "bear gang", the "Bärenbande", while friendly Globi looks forward to showing youngsters around Lenzerheide.
The Waldhotel Arosa is the perfect basecamp for families staying in the region thanks to its children's club, children's restaurant and special spa treatments for children as well as lots more highlights for all the family.
A few ideas for families staying at the hotel:
In July, August and October 2019 children can look forward to lots of fun and games with the Arosa Bärenbande. In the morning the younger children (4–5 years) play and make things under the watchful eye of a childcare expert, while in the afternoon it is time for outdoor action for older children (6 years and over). Activities include carving wood, enjoying a BBQ together, making a shelter, visiting the local police or fire brigade, or making something tasty for Mum and Dad in the hotel kitchen.
Check out the diffrerent activities going on each month.
When the weather is bad – or the kids fancy something new – why not visit the indoor play area known as the "Bärenhöhle" ("Bear Cave")? It has everything from a ballpit and climbing area to slides, a bouncy castle, a football pitch and mini driving area. There is also a café where adults can relax while keeping an eye on what's going on in the play area.
