New Year’s Eve – Party
This is a very special celebration. Gerd Reber and his team will delight you with twelve different courses at different places around the restaurant and kitchen. From 10 p.m., it’s party time in the bars until everything quietens down again just before midnight for the countdown to 2018. From then on, there*s no stopping! Let us spoil you as we see in the New Year 2019 together. Gerd Reber will serve a late-night soup to make sure you have the stamina, and then, around 3 a.m., you really must not miss his “Spaghetti Flambés”
Of course, our youngest guests are not left out. There will be a colourful kids’ party..

Pascal Bastian and Gerd Reber will create magical culinary gourmet moments. After winning the second place at the competition “Meilleur Apprenti du Grand Est de la France” (best cook trainee in the east of France) in 1996, he started his work in the restaurant in Lembach, which was being leaded by the famous chef Fernand Mischler at that time. Afterwards he started his gastronomic travels through France and Europe, working in high class houses such as Pont de Brent in Montreux, Domaine Les Crayeres in Reims, Château des Reynats in Perigord and so on. In 2007 he came back home to Lembach and in 2008 he accepted the succession of his former chef Fernand Mischler in the Cheval Blanc. He shows unbelievable engagement, which becomes awarded with the first Michelin star in 2009 and with the second star in 2015, as well as 3 “chefs hat’s” in the Guide GaultMillau.
