Rest room
In our rest room you find a place of quiet and relaxation. Give yourself a break after each sauna, or after your treatment, in the centre of our wellness oasis, Aqua Silva with a view out over Arosa’s fascinating mountain world.
Ice spring
Enjoy a tingling cool down with “crushed ice” from our attractive ice spring. Rub the ice into your hot body. Boosts your circulation and at the same time strengthens your immune system. This uniquely refreshing experience has the additional effect of toning the skin and invigorating the heart and can be repeated as often as you like. It is the ideal supplement to warm baths, steam baths and saunas.
Sanarium with coloured light changes
Enter this unique sauna experience with a mild temperature of about 55-60°C and a comfortable humidity (about 60 %). Let yourself be spoiled by the ambience and the smell of the natural untreated mountain wood. Natural aroma infusions stimulate your circulation, support the detoxification process and at the same time care for the skin and respiratory organs.
RED: gives you strength and self-confidence – the colour of life
BLUE: the colour of water, feelings, contentment
YELLOW: the colour of joy, openness, communication
GREEN: the colour of nature, hope, balance
Steam bath
The positive benefits of high humidity combined with milder warm rays were already known about and used in the roman thermal baths. In addition, in these health spas real essential natural aromas were used. You will really enjoy and appreciate the combination of mild inhalation steam, healthy warm rays and natural aromas. This health bath at a temperature of 42-45°C with very high humidity is optimal for skin care, hair care and the respiratory organs. The addition of valuable natural aromas, such as camomile, sage or lavender with enhance the well-being of your body and soul.
Kelosauna
Enter into the first Kelosauna in Switzerland. Let yourself be pampered by the ambience and the smell of the untreated mountain woods. Natural aroma infusions stimulate your circulation, support the detoxification process and at the same time care for your skin and respiratory organs. The temperature in the Kelosauna is 90°C and the humidity lies around 10%.
Kräuterstube (Herbal Room)
The Kräuterstube is a type of sauna with special herbal infusions. Gentle and mild essential oils good for the respiration and the skin – stimulating at a temperature of 55°C. The Kräuterstube revitalises the body and mind.
Kneippgrotte
Our Kneippgrotte combines the stimulating alternating action of warm and cold water with the physical stimulus of a pressure massage. Go slowly through the grotto and feel the invigorating effect. These hot and cold water baths release so-called "thermal stimulants", which stimulate and strengthen the circulation and even relieve pain.
