Good food begins in the middle of the night in our kitchen, when the hotel baker puts the first batch of bread into the oven - at this time time should stand still.
But life is beginning here in the kitchen! The crew take care of nourishing the soul from early until late. In the morning, the power breakfast, at lunch time, the regular Bündner fare and in the evening a menu with everything to please you.
What about a visit to the Stivetta? There can't be a more intimate meal than a fondue where everyone dunks their bread into the same 'cheese soup'.
In the Kachelofa-Stübli, as well as the latest style of cooking are many attractively presented dishes. All of the dishes are completely natural and unfussy.
By the way - unsurprisingly, our Head Chef belongs to that group of top chefs, real enthusiasts, who love their profession and take great care of all the little details.
