Following on from last year’s great success, on New Year’s Eve 2012 the Waldhotel National will once again be transformed into a world of culinary delights with the theme ,,Fire and Ice". Open house, open kitchen – at the culinary festival for the change of year our guests move from place to place to enjoy a variety of different delicacies .

On this special evening you have the possibility to sample exclusive wines and fine champagnes by the glass. Entertainment will be provided during the meal and from midnight onwards by DJ Uwe. Of course, our classics such as the midnight soup and flambéed spaghetti won’t be missing. And, so that after a long New Year’s Eve you can sleep in, you can take breakfast on New Year’s Day at anytime up until 1 p.m.

Alongside the culinary delights, getting together and a convivial atmosphere are important to us at the New Year’s Eve party. Celebrate with us lightheartedly and informally! Let us all say „Goodbye“ to the old year and see in the new year together, with the very best wishes and intentions.
